Following up from an initial consultation → intake questionnaire + 3–7 day sleep diary → assessment call (online or local face-to-face) → your bespoke, developmentally-grounded sleep plan delivered within 48–72h → kick-off call to explain plan fully → available check ins for 7 days after the call.
